If you are talking about private colleges. There are many good colleges in India. In my view and rankings, BITS, Pilani is the best private college in India. All the best.

I have done rigorous review regrading the top colleges for CSE, I came across the information of various institutions I. e. BITS Pilani, Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal, Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering, Bangalore, SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai, RV College of Engineering, Bangalore.
