The best private college for B.Tech is O. P. Jindal University (http://www.opju.ac.in/). The Centre for Steel Technology and Management has been established at OP Jindal University, Raigarh by Jindal and Steel and Power Ltd. (JSPL). OPJU is considered to be India's Steel University established under the JSPL flagship. The OPJU is the ONLY private university dedicated to meet the challenges of the country's iron and steel industry. OPJU focus on the application of its research findings for industrial and social benefits which lays emphasis on academic excellence.

Hello Abhishek,
There are good private colleges all over India providing quality education and placements. It depends on the branch of engineering you wish to opt for and in which state you wish to pursue the same because all colleges may not provide same quality education and placements for all branches of B.Tech.
I hope it helps. -
