You should try for BITS Pilani it is one of the best institutes for B.Tech. Or you can try for Jaypee University, SRM, Manipal, LPU, etc.

If you are looking for only private colleges then colleges like BITS Pilani have got a very nice reputation but Pilani needs high score in its paper and Mesra accepts Mains score. Other colleges are VIT, Thapar, KIIT and SRM. These offer quite good packages.
