Well, I don't know about the college in Ludhiana, but surely I know the university in Jalandhar, a Lovely professional university. For hotel management programs, LPU is the greatest private institution in Punjab. LPU offers a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management and Catering Technology as well as a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT). One of my friend's brothers is also a BHMCT student. Let me share a few highlights from LPU's Hotel Management programme: Curriculum: Offering a curriculum created in conjunction with industry professionals helps to maintain high academic standards. Exposure of students: Students benefit from multidisciplinary exposure that is not attainable in independent schools because they are part of a resource-rich university. University-Hotel: The School also provides training for its students at the UniHotel, a 25-room campus hotel that hosts national and foreign visitors and allows students to practice alongside the staff. There are five contemporary kitchens and two bakeries within the school. All of the kitchens and bakeries are equipped to allow students to perform scientifically and to learn to their full potential using the most up-to-date gazettes. We offer a few training establishments where students may learn about real food and beverage service styles. We have a front office laboratory, two housekeeping laboratories, two computer laboratories with 60 computers, and an aviation simulation laboratory. I have some friends I used to walk to the university with who are from Hotel Management. One of my friend's brother is also studying there in BHMCT. Let me share a few points about the Hotel Management programme at LPU : Curriculum: High academic standards are maintained by offering the curriculum framed in consultation with industry experts. Student exposure: Being a part of a resource-rich University, the students have an advantage of interdisciplinary exposure which is not possible in standalone colleges. university-Hotel: The School also trains its students in the campus hotel named UniHotel of 25 rooms hosting national and international guests where students practice along with the staff. Infrastructure: The School has five modern kitchens with two bakeries. All kitchen and bakery are equipped to enable a student to perform scientifically and to attain their best of learning through the most modern gazettes. We have a few training restaurants to teach a student about the authentic serving style of food and beverage. We are equipped with one front office laboratory, two housekeeping laboratories, two computer laboratories with 60 computers, and a simulation laboratory for aviation.
