In Ludhiana there are few colleges that provide Hotel Management programme. However, choosing the right college is very important because Hotel Management is a practical course. I know of PCTE Group of Institutes, its known for being the best college in the region for hotel management and gives immense practical knowledge. Try visiting the campus it has the best of infrastructure and is also approved by AICTE. I have also done my Masters from PCTE and have seen the students getting in-house training and work placements where they are provided with hands-on experience in a Training Restaurant- Indian Angeethi, Banquet Hall: The Crimson Hall, Basic & Advanced Training Kitchen, Bakery and Confectionery, Front Desk labs, Model Guest Room, Laundry, Housekeeping Lab, and Chemical Room. I saw students being involved in researching new cuisines, going to industrial visits, catering to outdoor events, cooking and serving Indian, Continental, European, American, Pan Asian, etc. To the High Commissioners, Vice-Chancellors, and several industrialists.
