In India, Bachelor of Technology degree is a professional engineering undergraduate degree awarded after completion of four years of academic study in engineering field. It is offered in many disciplines. It will be advisable if you do your degree from a well known university and that provides prime placement opportunity, outstanding exposure and professional enhancement training. Apart from IIT, top colleges for engineering are National Institute of Technology, R. V. College of Engineering, Delhi Technological University, College of Engineering Pune, UPES Dehradun, Chandigarh University, Geeta University, etc.
