If you want to prepare for biology, you can refer to NCERT textbooks. Majorly, questions are asked from NCERT. You can make your important notes. Other than NCERT, you can solve previous year's questions papers, mock test papers, and MCQ's.

For Biology ncert are best None other than it NCERT Physics Class XI & Class XII Concepts of Physics by H. C. Verma DC Pandey Physics for NEET Fundamentals of Physics by Halliday, Resnick and Walker Fundamental Physics by Pradeep Problems in General Physics by IE Irodov.

For securing a good score in NEET say 450+, you need to be very through the syllabus of NCERT of class 11th and 12th. Also, you need to develop your MCQ solving skill by solving as much as MCQs as you can.
