    Hi,
    Horticulture as a branch of studies is picking up in India these days due to proposed mega investments in food parks and government push towards different agri crops. There are few good institutions which curate the programs for horticulture. My 16 years in education tell me that LPU, with its program outcomes like:

    Hi Dear, Let us discuss about first Indian private University who has got and accreditation from ICAR. It is Lovely Professional University Punjab. LPU is equally good as government agricultural universities. In fact fee structure is quite low for brilliant students because they get very handsome amount of scholarships. Moreover placements at LPU is better than government agricultural universities.     A lot depends on your interest as you can give your best in a stream for which you are passionate. The companies to pick the bests. So decide your interest to give your best. I would suggest something related to hydroponics or tissue culture from a good university like LPUwhich is the only private university which has been accredited by ICAR. You can opt for:
    M.Sc. Ag. Horticulture (Fruit Science) 2 years. (4 Semesters)
