It depends from one organization to another.
There will be an organisation which will look for a minimum percentage required and there will be organisation which will simply not care what percentage you have but the most important factor is you need to excel.in other area like a good CGPA in your IIM score so you can get recruiter of your choice, excellent communication, and projects as an achievement.

Actually, it all depends on your MBA marks and the institution you studied in and if MBA results are close to another competent candidate then the recruiters or the company will check your UG scores and even if that is close enough to another candidate they would check your 12th marks so chill, there is always time for improvement.

    Hello,
The companies always look for a good profile, from whichever college you pass from. If someone's got a good profile than yours. Obviously, they will select him/her. If not, then your's might get selected.
    All the best!

So there are some definitions of good placements -
    1) Good salary (Above average)
    2) Good profile
    3) Both 1+2
So, there are many firms which fall in one of the above categories. The third category is difficult to find and if it is there, there are many competitors with you.
So now back to your question, it is the firm which decides on whether or not to shortlist the candidate. If you show that you are better than others on technical skills/communication skills then it might shadow over your 12th marks.
Don't worry your knowledge matter not your marks.
