    MBA can be done with specializations like finance, marketing, human resources, operations, systems, general management etc.
    You should see your interests, your graduation background,your prior job experience and your skills before choosing. For eg. a person good in numbers may do great in finance,

    If you want to pursue MBA, then find the area of your interest because every stream is good. MBA in finance and MBA in marketing is the best because they are highly in demand. Now a day's, hotel and hospitality management are also very good.

    We can not say that one specialty is better than another. Each have its own advantages . For Example , salary scale of Marketing Manager may be much higher than HR, but risk and target will be more tough. Same is applicable for Finance also .

    All MBA specialisations are equally good. You may chose any based on your interests to excel in the field of your choice.

    That totally depends on your interest, skill set and long term goals. No particular specialisation can be good for every single individual. Had it been the case, every private institute would have offered that one specialisation only and every student would have opted for that same. Many pursue an MBA degree to get to high managerial posts in organizations, but some don't. They pursue an MBA to become entrepreneurs and start their ventures. MBA training includes business management, planning, marketing, financial management, and many other skills that entrepreneurs need, making it a highly desirable degree to pursue after B.Tech. Below

    There is no such thing as best specialization in MBA. Its up-to us which specialisation we take and make it the best. The core specialisation in MBA are finance, HR, operations and marketing.
