    Hi,
    I would suggest you to check your interest, for example if you are good with numerical then you have to choose finance, if you are good with observation and you are social person then you have to choose Human Resource and so on, so every field (specialization) is better it depends on your interest area and capability to make career in that particular field.     All BBA specializations are equally good for long-term career. If you are planning to study only till graduation degree in management then you may choose BBA specialisation of your choice. If you want to do MBA then you may go for generic BBA and specialize in MBA based on up our interest and the strong area identified in BBA studies.
