HR in my personal opinion doesn't provide more job opportunities as compared to Marketing and Finance. You can get jobs in the placement cell or the recruitment cells of the companies. Finance is definitely a good option if you are better with your accounts and numbers. This also has better job prospects. I have done my MBA from LPU and it has helped me grow professionally and also helped in providing exposure in terms of placements, internship, workshops, guest lectures etc. So, surely it a better University to join. It's difficult to say which specialisation is the "best" among finance, marketing, and HR because it depends on your personal interests, skills, and career goals. Each specialisation offers unique benefits and opportunities. Finance is a popular specialisation for those interested in managing money, investments, and financial analysis. It can lead to careers in banking, investment management, financial planning, and corporate finance. Marketing is a specialisation for those interested in understanding consumer behavior, market research, branding, and advertising. It can lead to careers in brand management, advertising, sales,

    Hello,
Most job profiles available in this field are in sales. Financing is gaining more importance as compared to the other two. Finance is moving towards technology. Robotic Process Automation, IOT and Blockchain are some of the known technologies extensively used by Banks/Financial services companies. HR is a very niche discipline as the demand for HR managers is less. Any organization is having less percentage of HR managers in comparison to marketing/sales managers or financial analysts. All the best.
