Which is the best state for pursuing B.Sc in agriculture from a private college among Punjab and UP?

Punjab undoubtedly tops the list. But, at the same time we have terribly good agricultural colleges in Tamilnadu, Pune, Gujrat, Madhya Pradesh, and Uttar Pradesh.
Coming to Punjab, Punjab Agricultural University-Ludhiyana, Khalsa College-Amritsar and RIMT University are the best.
