Kolkata is the beat state. It has been continuously ranking amongst the top in CSE branch. IIT Kharagpur, JU, NIT Durgapur and IIEST. All have very prosperous CSC Dept and is better than any other college in any state.

Karnataka is the best state for CS education. Bangalore is Silicon valley of India. It has maximum engineering colleges. Also max jobs in field of IT are available in and around Bangalore.
