Which is the best stream between chemical engineering and marine engineering?

Dear Rajendra, I feel you should go for chemical engineering, as it has many openings in India as well abroad. Though it is not a new branch, it has picked up tremendously these days as a result of which many reputed universities like VIT, LPU, SRM, etc. Have started offering it. They have their different criteria for admissions. Some offer admission on basis of JEE scores, some offer admission on basis of their own tests and some offer admission on the basis of both. Some even offer direct admission on basis of class 12th marks. Some of the universities also offer scholarships on basis of your performance in class 12th or JEE or even during the course. All these universities have wonderful infrastructure and world-class facilities to offer to students apart from good placements. Good luck.

It depends purely on you, what do you want? If your aim is to get a job then Marine Engineering and Chemical engineering are good but the core jobs markets are down so you need to get into good colleges or boost your resume. If you want to travel or have some oomph factor in your life then go for Marine Engineering. If you have a good money background and good sources in government then go for Civil Engineering. Money motivates you then all the three niches are perfect, but working hours are also to be kept in mind. Just remember that don't end up in companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro or Cognizant because they are nothing related to your field and it actually doesn’t helps.
