    In my opinion Physics is the best stream as there are variety of courses in Physics and the research opportunities are vast. If you are willing to get job after M.Sc. Then Chemistry has better aspects in India. Companies like DUPont offer very good packages to M.Sc.     It would be better, if you apply for IIT JAM because the better college you get, the higher your package and learning gets.
