Which is the best study destination to pursue Masters degree? Is Germany a good option?

I am B.Tech from NIT. I have GPA of 8.46, GRE score 317 and TOEFL score of 111.Currently test engineer for the past 2 years.

You have very good scores and GPA. I will suggest you to seek admission in USA instead of Germany as it would require some competency in German language and although, tuition fees is lower but living cost and racism is higher. You will definitely get admission in Stanford or MIT. Go for it.
