    You must remember NCERT as the holy book of IIT.
    As you especially asked for books then prepare from these books:
    Physics:
    1.Concepts of Physics Vol I and II By H.C. Verma
    2.Problems in General Physics By I.E. Irodov
    If you want more preparation or time left from them then read these physics books
    1. Fundamentals of Physics by Halliday, Resnick & Walker2. Aptitude Test Problems in Physics By S S Krotov
    Mathematics:
    1. Maths XI & XII R.D. Sharma
    2. 5Parts By Arihant Prakashan
    Chemistry:
    1. O.P. Tandon Physical Chemistry
