you can do MCA from SMU , MDU or IGNOU

You can pursue from Sikkim Manipal University(www.smude.edu.in). It is UGC and DEC approved. AICTE approval is required by only those institutes which are part of engineering colleges. DEC approval is mandatory for any distance education degree.
