Hi I can tell you about LPU as my cousins are studying there. LPU offers a complete package of quality teaching, intuitive learning. Hello! Engineering at LPU is much better than others and is a complete and perfect blend of learning and fun. I remember my days of engineering at LPU, how I use to rush for 9 am class and spend hours on my assignments. Engineering is a blend and balance of book learning and practical learning. LPU creates the content in such a way that learning becomes easier for the students. Faculty members are so experienced that they are able to sense how much we have grabbed in his class. University provides all the resources and techniques to make learning easier and also at the same time prepare the students keep to cope up with the corporate world. I had a splendid experience with the faculty members, placement mentor and officers. I will share few of the major points to help you to get a clear picture of LPU. Infrastructure: University has well-equipped labs with all the latest technologies for learning and development. Double Storey Central Library, equipped with computer labs and all the required books and curiculam, open for students till mid night 12. Not just this all the facilities in university is worth appreciating. Faculty: Teachers were qualified. They have a good knowledge of the courses they teach. They are very helpful and supportive. Placements: In my batch I remember, almost 95% students were placed and there were many who got the multiple package as well. The highest package was around 42 Lacs per annum. All the students were trained professionally from their first year onwards. The University provides maximum opportunities to students. It depends upon the students whether they want to grab the opportunity or not. Most students who do not have backlogs or reappears gets placed. Students who were not so good in academics, they were enrolled in more PEP classes to help them in placements. Various major companies take part in recruitment at LPU every year, some as Google, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Accenture, IBM, Tech Mahindra, Oracle, SNAP deal, Vodafone, Airtel, LG, HCL and many more. On an average, 200 MNCs visit our campus every year, placing around 2000 students every year. Packages vary from 5.30 L pa to 30 L pa based on the individual skill. Recently LPU student Tanya Arora bagged a placement of 42 lacs pa from Microsoft. Hello Avi, Comparing SRM Ghaziabad, you may opt for lovely professional university (LPU) itself. LPU is better than SRM Ghaziabad by all means. It offers better education, exposure with good placements when compared to SRM, Ghaziabad.

The ultimate barometer of success of university is its placements. Well, let me write down all the factors which finally boil down to placements: Course curriculum, It needs to be dynamic and industry consulted then only the professionals will be developed which industry really needs. Programme delivery: Classroom teaching doesn't work anymore, it has o be experiential learning technique. Industry interface: To have more and more interactions with industry experts, learning the things hands on and networking! Professional enhancement: Students come from various backgrounds and culture, they may be very good in inculcating the technical skills, but they also need to clear the interviews also for taking the jobs. The soft skills, communication, interpersonal and networking skills need to be inculcated in them not only for interviews but for whole of their careers. Faculty, the faculty which develops the curriculum and delivers the programme with right teaching pedagogy must be top notch. Internships, entrepreneurship, community development projects etc. : They need to be integral part of curriculum so that students get hands on knowledge about real time situations in various aspects of life and business.
