I can tell you about LPU. The placement of LPU is very good.600+ companies visit the campus every year and almost 90% of the students got placed. Last year a girl placed in microsoft with a package of 42 Lacs per annum. The placement staff of LPU works very hard for bringing the company in the camp. LPU also have tie ups with foreign university that will help student to place in foreign universities. Apart from this infrastructure is extremely good.

B.Tech CSE is a highly dynamic programme, It offers the maximum number of employment opportunities. I suggest not to fall for glitzy advertisements for placements, but give a deeper thought to compare your shortlisted colleges. Both the universities are good. I would like to say that LPU is synonymous with B Tech CSE. B Tech CSE is one of the fortes of LPU. Being a faculty of LPU I would like to share some details of the B Tech CSE department of LPU :
