Hi Santhosh!
The best university for B.Tech CSE is IIT Bombay. But, if you have not appeared for JEE exams then the best among private universities is BITS, Pilani or VIT.
Other than these, SRM is good for CSE. For all these universities, you have to write separate entrance exams and get qualified
