Which is the best university for B.Tech to get admission through management quota? I have scored 79% in 12th from AP board.
I can afford 4 LPA if I get admission in a top university.

You won't get management quota in 2 LPA unless the college is really bad in terms of reputation and placement. Just 12th score is not important, you need to appear for the entrance exam. Even for a university like KIIT the course fee is 18 LPA for the entire programme.
