Dear Sarjan, B.Tech is a highly in demand program these days! Your comparison must be on following parameters: Curriculum : If at all the curriculum is continuously upgraded and developed with consultations and feedback of industry. Since it is a highly dynamic field, you cant afford a program which is stuck in obsolete technologies and syllabi. Pedagogy : The teaching pedagogy forma the backbone of how the program is delivered, more the practical, better it is. Maximum exposure to practicals and internships more chances of becoming a well rounded professional. Technology: The businesses and the business functions are now highly tech driven, the tech program must have the exposure and training of the same. The world leading technologies like SAP, GitHub, Advance excel etc are must for any professional to succeed in career. Industry interface: Ultimately its the industry which is going to immerse the students in the placements, the regular industrial talks, interactions, lectures, visits and internships are must have in any tech program. Professional etiquette: It is the most important part these days, the personality, ethics, virtuous, speech, body language, interpersonal skills etc are given high importance in the organisations. The program must include the training or modules on all these. Diversity: As he world shrinks into a aligned economy, the professionals will be required to work in cross cultural teams having entirely different work culture and ethos, the national and international diversity of students in a college is helpful in enabling the students develop right sensibilities for such work atmosphere. Entrepreneurship : Even though most of the students go for jobs, the exposure to entrepreneurship is required. This helps the professionals know how the other departments and the profit center heads work, what are the expectations etc. The college must have innovation labs, design thinking and business incubator. Community service: A bit of community projects in between the course are very important to develop the humane side of the person as well as learn the organizing skills. Placements : The program is only means to the end ! And desired end of such course is a placement. You must check if the college/university has sold track record of placements or not. If your college ticks all these right boxes, go for it! With 16 years of teaching experience behind me, I can assure that LPU is miles ahead of all other private universities. DVD

Amity Noida as students get the advantage of NCR and Delhi region in terms of placements, internship and corporate interaction. However, below are some important factors that you can keep in mind before seeking admission. *Amity University* Some key factors: -UGC Recognized -Scholarships for deserving candidates -100% placement assistance -Top ranked in various categories -Industry oriented teaching Placement Services: -Separate Corporate Resource Centre -Has a record of placing 1309 students in a single day by Accenture, a Fortune 500 Company Top Recruiting Companies: -NIIT Ltd -ACC -ABN Amro -American Express -Aviva Life -Bajaj Allianz -Birla Sunlife -BPL -Citibank -Coca Cola -HCL Group -HDFC Bank -Hindustan Times -Honda Motors etc. however they only say 100% placement but its not the actual story 100% is only for some selected branches like CSE,ECE and IT you can also go for LPU but only for CSE OR ECE BRANCH as only these branches have good placement factor amity will be better as it has NCR benefits. and if fees is your concern then you should opt for colleges in greater noida as they have quite decent placement infact sometimes better placement than AMITY for cse branch and also big campus benefit!
