Which is the best university for executive MBA in Delhi with minimum fees and good placements?

I scored 82% in 10th, 71% in 12th and 55% in my B.Com. I am pursuing M.Com from IGNOU. I have experience in financial services. Should I pursue executive MBA or distance MBA?

Best university is FMS Delhi, where very minimum course fees for MBA. Selection Criteria through CAT.
