Which is the best university for MS in computer science in USA/Germany where I can study after completing B.Tech from a private university?

Hi Ravish,
Check QS world ranking for university rankings. MIT, CalTech, Carnegie Mellon, RWTH Aachen etc are some of the best you could think of, admissions are competitive though.
