Which is the best university for MS in ECE in Germany? I got 65% in my UG course (ECE) and I wish to study MS, especially in Germany.

Hi, With 65% it will be difficult to get admission in German universities. When you talk about the best universities its the TU9 universities for which you must have around 90%. However check this if you can find options https://studyabroad.shiksha.com/germany/ms-colleges-dc
