Which is the best university for PhD in law? Can you shortlist 10 (government as well as private) colleges for me?

You can do your Ph.D at the all National Law University, India. Otherwise, you can go abroad like Havard Law School and Oxford Law School for Ph.D in law after your LLM degree.
