The University of Auckland Business School is the top ranked b-school in New Zealand. Other popular universities for MBA are University of Otago Business School, Victoria University of Wellington - Victoria Management School, Massey University and University of Canterbury among others. Entry requirement varies, normally you must hold a Bachelor's degree of three years at-least and must possess work experience. Additionally you must take IELTS or TOEFL.
