Which is the best university in the USA to pursue MS in CSE or electrical and computer engineering? I don't have any work experience.

I have scored 312 marks (Q-169) in GRE, 7 band in IELTS & 62% in ECE. I have done an internship with BSNL 10 weeks. My options are UTA, NEU, SJSU, SDS-Syracuse, USC, UMass, NCSU (UofT), Virginia Tech-DC. CSULB-Illinois-Chicago & Florida State University, Syracuse, Illinois. I have a good SOP & LOR.

Hi, among the universities you mentioned try applying to Virginia Tech, NCSU, CSULB Illinois. Also see Purdue, Texas A&M. You don't need work experience to pursue MS.
