Chemistry the focus is on the learning of fundamentals and advances in all areas of chemistry for correlating concepts with the scientific happenings and deep rooted concept building in budding chemists to harness their potential in research and higher studies. The fields offered are organic, inorganic, physical and analytical chemistry. This programme prepares a student to become an effective teacher, chemist and a good researcher. In addition to these sectors student can also look towards IT sector as minor in IT is also being offered in this programme.
