PES and SRM University are the best colleges for pursuing B.Tech in ECE branch. LPU is only for fun and to enjoy the college life. I don't know about BML. You can choose PES and SRM according to your comfort and location. Both are good. All the best.

PES according to me is a better college to pursue B.Tech ECE. You can also consider SRM as an option. I am not so sure about LPU and BML.
