Which is the best university to pursue B.Tech ECE among SRM, LPU, PES and BML?

PES and SRM University are the best colleges for pursuing B.Tech in ECE branch. LPU is only for fun and to enjoy the college life. I don't know about BML. You can choose PES and SRM according to your comfort and location.
Both are good.
