    I have experience of 16 years as educator! I compare the colleges on the following parameters:
    Curriculum : If at all the curriculum is continuously upgraded and developed with consultations and feedback of industry. Since IT is a highly dynamic field, you cant afford a programme which is stuck in obsolete technologies and syllabi. Pedagogy : The teaching pedagogy formal the backbone of how the programme is delivered, more the practical, better it is.     Hello Manish,
    IITs, NITs bits VIT are the best to do B.Tech in mechanical engineering but if you are not getting these colleges then you must try in a private college for the same.
    Here are few good private colleges apart from IITs:
    1.Galgotias University
    2.GLA University
    3.Poornima University
    4. GNA University
