Hi Durgesh,
UPES Dehradun, Kakatiya Government College & P.G. College, Loyola Academy Degree And P.G. College & IIS University jaipur are a few good universities which offer this course. Among these UPES has embedded IAS coaching & test preparation in its regular BA course so its best if you want
