Programme Specific Outcomes PSO1 : Comprehend the business environment and develop strategies promptly for business profitability and competitive advantage. PSO2 : Demonstrate competence to contribute to rationale business decisions based on management principles and analysis. BBA students also go for on-job training (OJT) where they are paid stipend too. Many of them are absorbed in the same companies where they go for OJT. For any management programme, the points to compare are: Curriculum : If at all the curriculum is continuously upgraded and developed with consultations and feedback of industry. Since management is a highly dynamic field, you cant afford a programme which is stuck in obsolete technologies and syllabi. Pedagogy : The teaching pedagogy formal the backbone of how the programme is delivered, more the practical, better it is. Maximum exposure to practicals and internships more chances of becoming a well-rounded professional. Technology: The businesses and the business functions are now highly tech driven, the tech programme must have the exposure and training of the same. The world leading technologies like SAP, GitHub, Advance excel, etc. Are must for any professional to succeed in career. Industry interface: Ultimately its the industry which is going to immerse the students in the placements, the regular industrial talks, interactions, lectures, visits and internships are must have in any tech programme. Comparisons are must. I choose LPU because it gave me extra edge in everything as compare to anyone else. It is the reality what I have experience in LPU during my graduation and post graduation that this place is actually too good not for BBA only but for overall education in every field. LPU is made up of all those things which can transform a person into wonderful personality in all aspects if you take things positively and yes seriously too. LPU has strong curriculum as per the industry standards. The university has been ranked high by various outer agencies with regard to placements of our students. Then LPU is one of the best place to pursue the career. LPU is good in all perspectives whether it is teaching, placements, infrastructure or other facilities. LPU gives career pathways like whether a student is interested in placement, higher studies or government sectors or enternprunship. So as per the interest and decision of student lpu gives the inputs. I chose the placement so I got special classes of personality development, soft skills etc. And it really improved my performance in handling interviews, aptitude tests etc. Every year more than multinational companies came to lpu for placement drives even I got campus placement at a very good package which boost my confidence. MY friend got package of 5 Lacs per annum in last year after BBA in LPU other wise in BBA students availed the max packages of 7 Lacs per annum and average package of 3.6 Lacs per annum. The curriculum is benchmarked with the top foreign universities. The Eligibility of BBA in LPU is candidate should be Pass with 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English). .

As per lovely professional University, they says that we provide hundred percent placements to all the eligible candidates and placements aspiring candidates. More than 600 top-notch MNCs and corporate companies are visiting to lovely professional university campus for the campus placement drive. In fact lovely professional university usually conduct joint campus placement drives in which students from nearby institutes and universities.
