Which is the best university to pursue Diploma in civil?
I have completed b.com and diploma fire and safety engineering SMU, Now I am working as a constable in CRPF Jammu and Kashmir.

A 3 year recognised polytechnic diploma from a polytechnic college may be the best bet.
