I completed BCA in 2012 with 74% from Bihar univ. , 60% in XII ,76% in X, Presently i am in Kolkata ,

If you intend to get educated through correspondence courses then it is not essential that the institution should be in your place. Yes, it would be preferable if the institute has a learning centre at your place. You may opt for SMU or ICFAI, or IGNOU for education through distance education mode.
