Which is the best way for an Indian student to get admission into Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism?

Hi Sanjay K, There is no one single factor apparently. Besides meeting the general admission requirements like submission of TOEFL scores, essays, etc. you must demonstrate a high caliber profile. Columbia university is not easy to crack, you must display an all-rounded profile like excellent academic grades, very good communication skills, internship, project work related to journalism, voluntary work, achievements etc. Basically, you must convince the university why you want to pursue journalism and why they should admit you. Scholarships are based on merit. The better your profile is the chances are there. So the best way is to develop an all-around profile and showcase what you are best at.
