In my opinion, a comparison of both the universities in management is as follows: NIRF Ranking of Chandigarh University is 45 (2021) in management whereas GNDU has no ranking. The faculty of Chandigarh University is from the top institutes of India like IITs, and also has a greater number of faculty members as compared to GNDU.
