As I am sharing my personal experience with this college as one of my close friends has done his post-graduation and is well settled now abroad with a handsome package.     If I got to choose between these two I would go for Chandigarh university, because, it's one of the famous private colleges filled with extracurricular activities and studying the course with on-campus practical experiences. And it is the youngest NAAC+ university. And it's good collaborations and tied up with the 30+ international colleges worldwide.
