Which is the better course among BCA, B.Com and B.Com honors?

All three degrees are equally good. It is difficult to compare BCom with BCA as both are graduations from different fields. If you compare BCom with BCom (Hons), I will recommend Hons degree over pure vanilla degree because of its more market acceptance. You are advised to chose degree based on you

It depends upon your interest. If you are interested in Computer Application and IT, than you should opt for BCA. Whereas, if you are interested in the field of Commerce, than you may opt for B.Com and in case you are interested on a particular subject of Commerce such as Accountancy or Business Stu
