Which is the better course among MBA and M.Tech? I have completed my engineering in computer science and planning to do MBA for my PG.

    Both the courses M.Tech & MBA are different.
    M.Tech is technical and will give you more insight into your core technical domain. where as MBA is a more generalist and gives you in sight on business management related areas,which may not have direct relevance to your graduation degree.
    You will have to first decide on what are your career aspirations and based on it decide what you want to pursue as a Masters program.

    after B.Tech you do MBA it is good option now industry need good engineering.with a good manager but prefer top MBA college.

    For M.Tech, there are certainly some expectations. You can't all of a sudden prepare for GATE and get ready for an Institution of higher standing. But, for MBA, the time will be sufficient and you with your background are likely to fare well. So, I think that you have to go for MBA. Getting a job is also easy then.
