Which is the better MBA specialization among finance, logistics and SCM?
I have completed my B.Com and I am planning to pursue MBA.

If you have completed B.Com, then best option would be to choose finance as it is related to your field. Logistics and SCAM is also a good option but MBA in finance has more opportunities. It depends on you also in which field you want to make your career.

This sector is not restricted for BE/ B.Tech or B.Com. Anyone can grow in this field. It depends on your knowledge, skills and your hard work.
