MBA Would be Good If you Already have a Some Specialized Degree.........you van Also Do M.Sc in IT it is also very good option if and only if u r getting Govt. College of Govt. University As Delhi University is one best university for doing M.Sc in IT you can also try for Other Central Universities

depends on your interest and background
if you wants to be in IT field go for MCA
wants to be in IT management go for mba IT this will be very good for your IT background
if you wants to be management only than go MBA in other field
that will help you to gain your choice pl feel every thing bett
