According to me B.Tech in CSE is better than B.Sc in CS. You should go for the college which has collaboration with MNCs to set up live project labs for students so that they could learn working on projects at corporate level.

B.Tech CS is a higher Engineering degree in comparison to B.Sc CS. It prepares students for both Apps and System Programmer role with solid theoretical background. These grads are well suited for System Integration work which B.Sc CS grads can not perform. B.Tech CS grads are the first choice of any recruiter of large size IT companies and MNCs. If you have a choice then you must opt for B.Tech CS.
