Which is the better option to pursue in future from US: MS in computer science or aeronautical engineering?

If you do MS from top 10 universities in USA, it will make no difference whether you do MS in CSE or Aeronautical Engineering. Both will gave you similar opportunities.

am sorry but why r u asking such silly question. courses r according tour interest u have to decide where u should go .you didn't need to find what is best u need to know from itself what can u do with more interest not for jobs nd degrees only for ur interest
