Hi shikha, Yes you are eligible for both the subjects and yes both are good for girls. Nowadays, you need not to do door to door marketing. There are different fields in marketing like- business analyst, market research, digital marketing etc. And on the other hand HR is also good bu nowadays there are more job opportunities in marketing and less in HR. Generally girls prefer HR but you may go for any of the branches. And eligiblity is similar for all. There is no specific requirement. You have to be interactive, aware and presentable, for both HR and marketing. To be well aware of market and competition is the basic requirement in marketing. For HR, you have to be able to communicate effectively with people, able to understand their capabilities and problems and solve them. To add on, finance requires a deep knowledge of accounts and the financial sector.
