Which is the better to pursue among ECE from Thapar and CSE from JIIT?

Thappar University is a good reputed engineering college, in India and has been rsnked 27 by MHRD Rankings while JIIT its 60. And ECE at Thappar is not at all abad option, So go for ECE at Thappar. At last your choice matters.
