Integral University-Lucknow is ranked 56 by NIRF (National Institutional Ranking Framework) 2023 under the Pharmacy category and Babu Banarasi Das University is also a highly ranked university. Both are good universities. But, BBD university is far better than Integral University, because the reviews of BBD is good, as compared to integral and the academics and placements are also better than integral. You can compare both universities from their websites.
